    I developed this Growth Agenda to drive conversation and action around the most important elements of creating a strategy for growth. It is real and totally cantered on the business at hand.     Super informative session offering 16 tips and tactics to drive Pipeline. These are real tips and tactics that are not in text books. These are practical tactics that work and help many companies grow their existing, past and new business. Pipeline is the most underused and most important part of any business. Too many times holes going forward appear because of the basics and the complacency that is typically present when a business is going well. Totally suitable for all levels and can re-focus, energise and excite people, teams and companies around growth.

    When your company has been put onto a pitch. Everyone scrambles up until the last minute. There is often no process or system to assist in winning. This content has been produced by behavioural scientists and has proven to win more pitches or pieces of business . It is a fun, creative, super informative and relevant for any person dealing with existing clients and or new business. This can galvanise teams and focus everyone to win.

    8P’s

    2 Hour Session

    Every organisation has 8P’s and these P’s (all items of importance that happen to start with the letter P) are where opportunities or issues exist. It is a unique way at looking and strategising and creating actions that assist the company to plan and grow. This is an integral part of how an organisation operates and grows. It gives the key focus areas for the next 90 days and helps a business create a dialogue around what matters most.

    Client Service Excellence

    3 Hour Session

    A deep dive into the four components that drive excellence in client service including Head / Heart / Body / Soul. This module explores what it takes to understand, use insight and grow your clients and their business from their perspective and how your people and agency connect and engage with your existing clients. This session also allows your teams to consider how to freshen up, understand and drive change into your teams that are managing your clients.

    Elevator Pitch

    2 Hour Session

    A fun interactive session based around developing and refining how all stakeholders engage and discuss who your agency is. We often pitch what we do versus telling stories and connecting with every person we meet about who we are.
